**glewExperimental = true;
OpenGL context 생성이 선행돼야 GLEW 초기화가 가능합니다.
우선 glewExperimental 변수를 GL_TRUE로 설정하여 GLEW에서 이용가능한 모든 OpenGL extension에 대한 정보를 가져올 수 있도록 설정
